So I’m watching the debate and all I could think was, “Look at these 2 lousy Senators pretending they deserve a higher position.”
All the insults, barbs, hazy facts and attacks, why don’t they attack Obama & Dems like that while being paid $174,000/yr in our Senate?
Rubio hasn’t done much of anything in DC but backstab his voters and Cruz has only made enemies while performing a couple clumsy, ill-conceived stage shows calculated to boost his image so he could run for President..
Both claim Obama is a lawless unconstitutional President while ignoring the fact it is the Senates job, THEIR JOB, to control him. Neither of them has truly gone after Obama, all they do is say, “I fought” or “I led the fight.” Yeah, they led losing fights for self-promoting agendas while Obama does any damn thing he pleases. Neither has won a fight in Congress. Now they say, “I’m just one guy in there.” Really? And you didn’t know that until you got there? It was your chance to display leadership skills so you weren’t just one lone failing guy. You made big promises before getting to the Senate, did you not realize how it worked or did you just learn the job was too big for your shallow skill sets? You cant even win from within the majority?
The only thing Rube & Cruz will fight for is more power and success for themselves.
We’ve already watched them fail when trusted to perform.

This opinion piece appears to me to be a veiled attempt to destroy the two MOST conservative candidates in the race. Not for trying to do something, but because in the writers opinion they didn’t try hard enough. Really? …have you stood in thier shoes have you walked thier walk?
The question is why, why would you discredit the two most CONSERVATIVE canidates?
could it be it’s in order to prop up a morally shaky businessman?

I have tried for 4 months to locate just one Cruz supporter with a working knowledge of our history, Founders or Constitution. I cannot find one. As the replies here demonstrate, they never have substance to support their emotional outbursts. They mirrot Obama fans in the fact they follow a media created messiah they cannot defend with intellectual points of fact..Lynn V
