Quick Analysis: Rumors, Wars and the Like

A ship hit, a Putin friendly Syrian jet shot down by our guys and a van attack in London. Busy weekend and details are not quick to come.

Here is what can be construed:

1. It was always wrong to think ISIS can be defeated by Trump or anyone else. They were granted too much freedom to infiltrate and establish themselves. Successes in Syria will force them to shift to more random terror acts.

2. Syria isn’t about ISIS at the core. It is about Putin having a well established regional presence and safe bases with a Mediterranean port to confront NATO from.

3. Back when we said Obama could not be allowed to complete a term we were right. That is why Conpats tried to rally patriotism to enlist conservatives to help remove Obama legally. Now we face consequences of failure and apathy all around us.

4. Our challenges are global to the extent American issues and moves will not change the direction of world events. Turning things around now would require bold leadership, patriotism in Congress and wisdom. Our Congress has none of that because it is Republicans, Democrats, liberals, RINOs and conservatives. And none of them are up to it.

It is going to be a long summer as this cycle of history plays out. This is a fascinating time to be alive.

Lynn Vogel

F. Lynn Vogel is an Iowa native, father and lifelong patriotic historian. Raised as the son of two well-informed historians he immersed himself in the small family library one room of their home was dedicated to. As an adult most of his work was in manufacturing and product development which then led to consulting and restructuring manufacturing companies struggling in a changing global economic environment. It was there he followed his fathers footsteps into writing and radio work but with a focus on historical aspects of our politics, founding and Constitution which he had studied while getting his formal business training. He is now dedicated to restoring the constitutional greatness of America for future generations, in honor of those who provided so much for us.
